Terms and Conditions:

1. The giveaway period begins on June 13 and will end on June 30, 2022.This giveaway is applicable to customers from any region.

2. The stipulated game products for this giveaway are: Honkai Impact 3, Genshin Impact, Dragon Hunters: Heroes Legend, and Dragon Nest.

3. Any customer that spends an equivalent value of USD 10 or more in total for one of the stipulated products during the giveaway period will be eligible, regardless of their currency.

4. A customer can be eligible for more than one game category if they make purchases of USD 10 or more in total for multiple stipulated game products.

5. Four winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible buyers for each of the four games, for a total of sixteen winners.

6. Credit in the promotion image is depicted in USD. The final amount will be subject to a winner’s currency conversion rate at the time of delivery.

7. Each winner will be credited USD 10 worth in credit to the winner’s KALEOZ Balance.

8. Prizes won cannot be withdrawn as cash.

9. Each winner is only eligible for one prize, regardless of how many game products they were eligible for during the campaign period.

10. The winner announcement will be made on the KALEOZ Facebook page after the giveaway ends.

11. Prize winners will be contacted via KChat. Failure to reply within 48 hours will result in a forfeit.

12. Prizes will be sent out to winners within seven working days after the winner announcement.

13. KALEOZ shall not be liable for any losses or damages which occur during the prize redemption/delivery process.

14. KALEOZ reserves the right to make further changes to the terms without prior notice if necessary.
