A lighter method of accessing the original Battle Royale experience is being introduced to PUBG MOBILE. Pre-registration for PUBG MOBILE LIGHT has officially begun on August 25, 2026, with the Closed Beta Test (CBT) to follow in selected countries.
PUBG MOBILE LIGHT is designed for players who wish for a less demanding mobile experience since it reduces the game's storage and device needs without losing the essential PUBG MOBILE experience. At the moment, the initial download is said to be about 1 GB on Android and less than 2 GB on iOS, and additional content is added more selectively.
The Original PUBG MOBILE, Now Lighter
